MENTOR PROGRAMMES WE HAVE RUN


In a bid to encourage female entrepreneurs, FreshIdeas ran a series of successful Mentor Programmes from 2008 to 2010.

Supported by HSBC, BT Business and Business Link, this gave women across London the opportunity to have some of the UK's most high profile and successful businesswomen work with them to help them achieve their goals.

The Mentors – some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the UK volunteered their time and expertise to the project.  5 of our mentors were named in Britain’s 100 Most Entrepreneurial Women list.

We called them M.A.D. (Make A Difference) Women


The Mentees – we were inundated with applicants to take part in the programmes and through a process of matching on personality, skills and expertise we chose the lucky ones. 

Participants reported that the mentoring process had been a dynamic two-way exchange benefiting both parties.
